This fast and flavorful 3-ingredient chili is made with ground beef, salsa, and canned chili beans—perfect for emergency dinners or busy weeknights.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 (16 oz) jar chunky salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
1 (15 oz) can chili beans (do not drain)

Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream or Greek yogurt
Green onions
Tortilla chips or crackers
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
2. Once fully browned, add the jar of salsa and can of chili beans (with liquid).
3. Stir everything together and bring to a low simmer.
4. Reduce heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese or chips.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for the beef.
Add hot sauce or chili powder if you like more heat.
