Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, cut into matchsticks

1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Pat zucchini dry with paper towels

2. Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan in a bowl

3. Coat zucchini sticks evenly with breadcrumb mix

4. Place in air fryer at 400°F for 8–10 min or bake at 425°F for 15–20 min

Notes
