Description
These Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make! Grilled to perfection and served with a creamy, spicy sauce, they’re perfect for your next BBQ or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast (cut into chunks)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
Add the chicken chunks to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill the chicken skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Drizzle with extra Bang Bang sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro before serving.
Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
Notes
If you prefer, you can bake the skewers in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
Adjust the level of spice in the Bang Bang sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
