Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until soft.
