This Cheesy Chicken, Rice & Broccoli Bake is the ultimate crockpot comfort food. Loaded with tender chicken, fluffy rice, creamy sauce, and melty cheese, it’s a one-pot family favorite that’s easy to prep and always satisfying.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
1 cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Add cooked rice, shredded chicken, and lightly steamed broccoli to your crockpot.
2. Pour in the cream of chicken soup and milk.
3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything until well combined.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours until heated through and bubbly.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top about 15 minutes before serving.
6. Let the cheese melt completely, then serve warm.
Notes
You can swap in brown rice for a nuttier flavor or use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
For a golden cheese crust, transfer to a baking dish and broil for 2 minutes before serving.
