Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (or thighs), cooked and shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth (or water)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking chicken and veggies)
- ½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

Instructions
- Cook the Spaghetti: Boil water, cook the spaghetti noodles as per the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: Cook chicken breasts in olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Once done, shred the chicken.
- Sauté Vegetables: Sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers (if using) in the same skillet until softened.
