Ingredients

For Chicken Tenders:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For Fries:

  • 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) if baking fries or tenders.
  • For fries, toss potato strips with oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway. Alternatively, fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  • For chicken tenders, season flour with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Dip chicken strips into flour, then beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Fry in hot oil (350°F/175°C) until golden and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve chicken tenders and fries with your favorite dipping sauces.
