Description

A refreshing, tangy, and authentic German cucumber salad made with cucumbers, vinegar, and fresh dill.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice cucumbers thinly. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15 minutes to draw out excess water.
  2. Mix vinegar, sugar, and water in a bowl. Add cucumbers and toss.
