Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Optional: sweetener, berries, or nut butter
Instructions
- Add oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to a jar or bowl.
- Pour in milk and stir until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- Stir well in the morning and add any toppings you like before serving.
Notes
