Ingredients
2 cups full‑fat cottage cheese
4 cloves roasted garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken broth (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
2. Blend cottage cheese, garlic and lemon juice until smooth
3. Season sauce with salt and pepper, add broth if needed
4. Pat chicken dry and season
5. Sear chicken 6 min per side until golden
6. Place chicken in baking dish, spoon sauce over
7. Bake 8‑10 minutes until cooked through

Sauce keeps 3 days in fridge
Add broth or milk to loosen sauce
