Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and toss to coat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the pasta, garnished with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
