Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz chickpea pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream or dairy-free cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Cook the chickpea pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
