Description

These crispy garlic butter parmesan potatoes are golden-brown, packed with flavor, and easy to make. They’re the perfect side dish for any meal!


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Potatoes: Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
  • Make Garlic Butter Mixture: In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  • Coat Potatoes: Toss the potatoes in the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet for a crispier finish.
  • Roast: Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
