  • Author: Jake Miller
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Description

Sticky, sweet, and crispy, these honey garlic salmon bites are ready in just 25 minutes and cook beautifully in the air fryer or pan.

Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon, cut into ½-inch cubes

2 tbsp honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp grated ginger (optional)

1 tsp olive oil (for pan method)

Instructions

1. Pat salmon cubes dry and season lightly with salt.

2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or heat skillet with oil over medium-high.

3. In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger.

4. For air fryer: toss salmon with a little oil and place in a single layer. Air fry 8 minutes, flipping halfway.

5. Brush or toss salmon with glaze and cook another 2–3 minutes until sticky.

6. For pan: sear salmon for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

7. Pour in glaze and cook 1–2 minutes until thickened and coating the salmon.

8. Serve immediately with rice or veggies.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for best texture and flavor.

Skinless or skin-on both work—just crisp the skin side longer.

Glaze can be doubled if serving with rice or noodles.
