Description

These crispy kohlrabi fries made in the air fryer are the perfect snack—healthy, crunchy, and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium kohlrabi bulbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut kohlrabi into fry-sized sticks.
  2. Season with oil and spices.
  3. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Try adding Parmesan cheese or chili flakes for extra flavor. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer.
