Ingredients
- 2 medium kohlrabi bulbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cut kohlrabi into fry-sized sticks.
- Season with oil and spices.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
