Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

  • Author: Jake Miller
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings

Description

These crispy air fryer zucchini chips are a healthy, breadcrumb-free snack that’s quick to prepare and insanely crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/8-inch rounds
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini into thin 1/8-inch rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Place slices on a paper towel and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Let sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
  3. Pat zucchini slices dry thoroughly with another towel.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, spritz with olive oil spray, and toss with garlic powder and paprika.
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
  6. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately. Enjoy as-is or with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, don’t skip the salt-and-drain step. Try adding nutritional yeast or chili flakes for more flavor.
