Description
These crispy air fryer zucchini chips are a healthy, breadcrumb-free snack that’s quick to prepare and insanely crunchy.
Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/8-inch rounds
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Slice the zucchini into thin 1/8-inch rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Place slices on a paper towel and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Let sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
- Pat zucchini slices dry thoroughly with another towel.
- Transfer to a bowl, spritz with olive oil spray, and toss with garlic powder and paprika.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy as-is or with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, don’t skip the salt-and-drain step. Try adding nutritional yeast or chili flakes for more flavor.
