Description

Crispy Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Fries are an easy, air-fried snack packed with flavor and crunch.


Ingredients

2 medium zucchini

1/2 cup grated halal-certified parmesan

1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 egg or 1 tbsp olive oil

Olive oil spray


Instructions

1. Slice zucchini into fry shapes and salt them lightly. Let sit for 10 minutes.

2. Pat them dry thoroughly with a paper towel.

3. In a shallow bowl, combine parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Dip zucchini in beaten egg or coat with olive oil.

5. Roll in breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.

6. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

7. Place zucchini in a single layer in air fryer basket.

8. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Notes

Use almond flour for gluten-free coating.

Best served fresh but can be reheated in air fryer.
