Description

This viral crockpot feta pasta is inspired by the TikTok favorite—juicy tomatoes, creamy feta, and al dente pasta come together in your slow cooker for an easy, comforting meal.

Ingredients

2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes

1 block feta cheese (8 oz)

4 oz cream cheese, cubed (optional)

34 garlic cloves, whole or minced

12 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

12 oz pasta of choice (penne, rigatoni, fusilli)

Fresh basil or parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Add tomatoes to the bottom of the crockpot.

2. Place the feta block in the center and add cream cheese cubes (if using) around it.

3. Sprinkle garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper over the top.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

5. Cook pasta separately according to package directions.

6. When the crockpot mixture is ready, mash the cheeses and tomatoes into a creamy sauce.

7. Stir in cooked pasta until evenly coated.

8. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley and serve.

Notes

For a tangier version, skip the cream cheese.

Use goat cheese for a twist on flavor.

Add spinach or cooked chicken to turn this into a protein-packed meal.
