Ingredients
1 bag frozen chicken or beef meatballs
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Add the frozen meatballs directly into your crockpot.
2. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan, sundried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, making sure they are evenly coated.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, or until the sauce thickens and clings to the meatballs.
5. Stir gently before serving and top with freshly chopped basil.
6. Serve warm over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.

For best flavor, use quality parmesan and sundried tomatoes packed in oil.
