Ingredients
2 lbs turkey breast or tenderloin
1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Lightly season turkey with salt and pepper.
2. Brown the turkey in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
3. Transfer the browned turkey to your crockpot.
4. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, orange juice, brown sugar, and chicken broth.
5. Pour the mixture evenly over the turkey.
6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours, or until the turkey is tender.
7. Slice and spoon the sweet-tart glaze over the top before serving.
Notes
That quick sear makes the turkey golden and adds deep flavor — totally worth it!
Use whole berry cranberry sauce for the best texture.
Leftovers keep well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
For a citrus twist, add a little orange zest before serving.
Serve with mashed potatoes, stuffing, or roasted vegetables.
