Ingredients

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to draw out moisture, then rinse and pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, water, sugar, and a pinch of salt until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers, add fresh dill, and stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to marinate.
- Optional: Garnish with red onion for extra flavor and color.
