Ingredients
- 4 fresh corn cobs
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Quarter corn cobs lengthwise into ribs.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry in batches until golden and curled, about 4–5 mins.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with spice mix and serve with lime wedges.
