Description
A crispy peach fritter with a sweet vanilla glaze that’s perfect for summer snacks or desserts.
Ingredients
2 large fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. Prepare peaches and chop them into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add eggs and milk to form a thick batter, then fold in peaches.
4. Heat oil to 350°F and drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil, frying until golden brown.
5. Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Drizzle over warm fritters.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best texture. You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
