Description

This Easy Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti is the perfect comfort food for busy weeknights. It’s creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Let the crockpot do the work while you enjoy a delicious meal in no time.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
  2. Add chicken to the crockpot with chicken broth and cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken once cooked and add cream cheese and heavy cream.
  4. Stir in mozzarella and cook for another 30 minutes.
  5. Add pasta 30 minutes before serving and stir occasionally.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of half of the cream. You can also use gluten-free pasta if preferred.
