Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 package spaghetti
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
- Add chicken to the crockpot with chicken broth and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken once cooked and add cream cheese and heavy cream.
- Stir in mozzarella and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Add pasta 30 minutes before serving and stir occasionally.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of half of the cream. You can also use gluten-free pasta if preferred.
