Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 ½ cups cold milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Whipped cream (for topping)
Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, pudding mix, milk, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup (if using).
2. Continue whisking until smooth and thick, about 2–3 minutes.
3. Spoon mixture into 4–6 serving jars or dessert cups.
4. Chill for 10–15 minutes in the fridge to set.
5. Top with whipped cream clouds and a dash of cinnamon before serving.
Notes
For dairy-free, use almond milk and coconut whipped cream.
