Ingredients

Instructions
1. Combine the wild huckleberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a large bowl and stir gently. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
2. Prepare the pie crust by pressing it into a pie dish.
3. Pour the huckleberry filling into the crust.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight to set.

Notes
Frozen huckleberries can be used, just thaw them before use. Adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
