Ingredients

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut steak into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak cubes to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat and add butter, garlic, and fresh herbs (if using). Stir until the butter melts and coats the steak.
- Continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the garlic to infuse the butter.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
