Description
Healthy 3-Ingredient Strawberry Yogurt Clusters made with Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries. No added sugar, high-protein, and freezer-friendly.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and dice the strawberries into small bite-sized pieces.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Mix strawberries with Greek yogurt and honey (if using).
4. Spoon small clusters onto the lined sheet.
5. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
6. Transfer frozen clusters to an airtight container for storage.
Notes
Use frozen strawberries if fresh aren’t available, but thaw slightly before mixing.
For dairy-free clusters, use coconut or almond yogurt.
Drizzle with melted dark chocolate before freezing for a dessert version.
These keep well in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
