Ingredients

2 crisp apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith)

3 tbsp natural peanut butter (warmed slightly for drizzling)

¼ cup granola

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

1 tsp chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Wash and slice apples into thin wedges, removing the core.

2. Arrange apple slices on a plate or platter in a nacho-style layer.

3. Warm peanut butter until slightly runny and drizzle over the apples.

4. Sprinkle granola, dark chocolate chips, coconut, and seeds on top.

5. Serve immediately for best crunch and freshness.

Notes

Use lemon juice on apple slices if prepping ahead to prevent browning.

Swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter.

Add Greek yogurt drizzle for extra creaminess.

Top with nuts or dried fruit for extra variety.
