Description
A wholesome, crunchy peach crisp made with fresh peaches and no oats—perfect for summer.
Ingredients
- 5 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp cold butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice peaches and toss with lemon juice and maple syrup. Spread in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, pecans, sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over peaches evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
- Serve warm with yogurt or cream.
Notes
To make it vegan, use coconut oil instead of butter. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
