Healthy Peach Crisp Without Oats (Fresh Peach Edition)

Description

A wholesome, crunchy peach crisp made with fresh peaches and no oats—perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 5 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp cold butter or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice peaches and toss with lemon juice and maple syrup. Spread in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, pecans, sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle topping over peaches evenly.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
  6. Serve warm with yogurt or cream.

Notes

To make it vegan, use coconut oil instead of butter. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
