Ingredients
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 apple, sliced
1 banana, sliced into coins
½ cup pretzels or crackers
Optional: strawberries, rice cakes, or celery sticks
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter until creamy.
2. Taste and add honey or maple syrup for sweetness if desired.
3. Spoon the dip into a silicone cup or small container.
4. Arrange apple slices, bananas, pretzels, and optional dippers in a snack box.
5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Notes
