Description

These Cottage Cheese Crisp Snacks are a healthy, high-protein alternative to traditional chips. Made with simple ingredients like cottage cheese, Parmesan, and a touch of seasoning, they bake into perfectly crisp and savory bites. Ideal for snacking, dipping, or serving as a wholesome appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, flour, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder and paprika. Stir until well mixed.

  • Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each one into a thin circle using the back of the spoon or a spatula.

  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are crisp.

  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For crispier chips, spread the mixture thinner before baking.

  • Add chili flakes or dried herbs for a flavor twist.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
