Warm, golden honey-roasted peaches topped with a cooling swirl of Greek yogurt. A guilt-free summer dessert ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe yellow peaches, sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Arrange peach slices and drizzle with honey.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
  4. Roast for 25–30 mins until bubbly and golden.
  5. Swirl roasted peaches into Greek yogurt and garnish.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.

Notes

Try maple syrup instead of honey for a different twist. This also pairs great with granola or pancakes.
