Ingredients
- 3 ripe yellow peaches, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
- Arrange peach slices and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
- Roast for 25–30 mins until bubbly and golden.
- Swirl roasted peaches into Greek yogurt and garnish.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
Try maple syrup instead of honey for a different twist. This also pairs great with granola or pancakes.
