Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
2. In a bowl, whisk together cream, broth, Parmesan, garlic, tomatoes, and seasoning.
3. Pour mixture over chicken and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
5. Check internal temp reaches 165°F.
6. Stir and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with basil or parsley and enjoy.
Notes
Prep all ingredients ahead the night before and refrigerate.
To thicken sauce, use cornstarch slurry or add more Parmesan.
Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or bread for dipping.
