Melt-In-Your-Mouth Honey Garlic Chicken Breast

Description

This honey garlic chicken breast is unbelievably juicy, sticky-sweet, and packed with flavor. A one-pan meal ready in under 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear chicken breasts for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over for another 1–2 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately with optional garnish.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Pairs well with rice or steamed vegetables.
