Description

These Mini 4th of July Cheesecake Cups are creamy, festive, and perfectly portioned for your patriotic party! Made with graham cracker crusts, smooth cheesecake filling, and red and blue berry toppings, they’re easy to prep, fun to serve, and guaranteed to impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each mini cup and press down firmly to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and fluffy.
  5. Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
  6. Top with fresh strawberries and blueberries to create a festive red, white, and blue look.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the cheesecake to set.
