Description

Mixed Berry Yogurt Overnight Oats Parfait is a healthy, make-ahead breakfast that layers creamy oats, protein-rich yogurt, and juicy berries.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Optional: granola or nut butter

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a jar. Let sit 10 mins.
  2. Layer with yogurt and mixed berries.
  3. Repeat for multiple layers if desired.
  4. Refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving and top with granola if using.

Notes
