Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Optional: granola or nut butter
Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a jar. Let sit 10 mins.
- Layer with yogurt and mixed berries.
- Repeat for multiple layers if desired.
- Refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving and top with granola if using.
Notes
Use frozen berries for convenience. Add a swirl of almond butter or crushed nuts for more texture. Store in fridge up to 5 days.
