Ingredients
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp oil (canola or neutral)
1–2 tbsp chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, instant coffee, and salt.
2. Add almond milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds.
5. Let sit for 1 minute and enjoy.
Notes
Use a medium-sized mug to avoid overflow. Adjust sweetness based on milk used. For extra indulgence, top with ice cream or whipped cream.
