Description

Ingredients

  • 56 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion.
