A quick and refreshing layered dessert made with black raspberries, cherries, and a creamy yogurt-cheese base. Perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh black raspberries
- 1/2 cup pitted cherries (sweet or tart)
- 1/2 cup whipped Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey or powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Whip the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and sweetener until light and smooth.
- Spoon a layer of the cream mixture into the bottom of a glass or jar.
- Add a layer of black raspberries, then sprinkle crushed graham crackers.
- Repeat layers with cherries and remaining cream mix.
- Top with more berries, mint leaves, and a light sprinkle of graham crumbs.
- Chill briefly or serve immediately.
