Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup toffee bits (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for spiced version)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until fully combined and creamy.
- Fold in 3/4 of the chopped pecans and a few tablespoons of caramel sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and spread evenly.
- Drizzle the top with the remaining caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped pecans over the top, and optionally, add toffee bits for extra crunch.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with your choice of dippers such as graham crackers, pretzels, and apple slices.

- For a chocolate twist, add mini chocolate chips to the dip.
