Ingredients

- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the pumpkin puree evenly across the bottom.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pumpkin layer, followed by cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.
- Optionally, sprinkle chopped pecans on top for added crunch.
