Ingredients

Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tablespoon melted butter or neutral oil
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
2. Add pumpkin puree, milk, butter/oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
3. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until the top is just set and no longer wet.

Notes
Use 100% pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
