Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp mustard (for glaze)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
