Description
Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken is juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. With just a few ingredients, you get tender shredded chicken perfect for sandwiches, tacos, and meal prep.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Place the chicken breasts directly into the crockpot.
2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the chicken.
3. Pour the chicken broth around the sides of the crockpot.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is very tender.
5. Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the crockpot and mix with the juices.
6. Serve warm in sandwiches, wraps, tacos, or over rice for a versatile and delicious meal.
Notes
To store: Cool completely, then store in airtight containers for up to 4 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
To reheat: Warm on the stovetop or in the microwave with a splash of broth for moisture.
Serving ideas: Serve on buns with coleslaw, in wraps, or with rice and veggies.
