Description

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 eggs

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 cups fresh peaches, diced


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

3. In another bowl, combine eggs and melted butter, then add the wet ingredients to the dry mix.

4. Gently fold in the diced peaches.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can substitute frozen peaches if fresh ones are unavailable. Make sure to drain any excess liquid before adding to the batter.
