Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the strawberry pie filling evenly on the bottom.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, melted butter, sour cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling, spreading it evenly.
