Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats combine fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, and hearty oats for a delicious no-bake breakfast that tastes like dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash strawberries in a jar or container.
  2. Add oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix well.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  4. Stir in the morning and top with extra strawberries or crushed graham crackers.

Notes

You can substitute coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version. For added crunch, top with granola just before serving.
