Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Mash strawberries in a jar or container.
- Add oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix well.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Stir in the morning and top with extra strawberries or crushed graham crackers.
Notes
You can substitute coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version. For added crunch, top with granola just before serving.
