Ingredients
- 2 cups canned corn, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crumbled cotija cheese (or feta cheese)
- 2 tablespoons Tajin seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix until smooth.
- Add the drained canned corn, cotija cheese, and Tajin seasoning. Stir well to combine.

- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more Tajin or lime juice if desired.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with extra cheese, cilantro, and a sprinkle of Tajin.
