Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 2 fresh salmon fillets (approx. 250g), cooked and flaked
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, onion, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and press it down gently to shape.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the loaf is cooked through.
- Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite sides.
