Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 fresh salmon fillets (approx. 250g), cooked and flaked
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the tuna, flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, onion, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add the milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and press it down gently to shape.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the loaf is cooked through.
  • Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite sides.
